Shared hosting means that server resources (CPU, memory, bandwidth, etc.) are shared among all users. As such, fair usage policies apply to every customer to ensure stable server performance.
Corrective Measures: CPU / Memory Overuse
Overusing CPU or RAM can affect other customers on the server. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions, as it puts the entire environment at risk.
Recommended actions:

Review and remove:

Resource-heavy plugins or modules

Outdated or insecure scripts/themes

Unused plugins that may be running background tasks

Avoid scheduling cron jobs at intervals shorter than 5 minutes

Bandwidth:

If you've exceeded your monthly limit, you can either:

Wait for the next billing cycle (when usage resets), or

Upgrade your plan to increase your bandwidth quota.

You may upgrade to a higher or unlimited disk plan, or

Delete unused files via FTP or cPanel File Manager
