jkdesigns.lk standard client terms for the use of POS System is detailed below,

1. The client agrees to pay all the POS System services offered with client acknowledgement.
2. Payment must be upfront, on a retainer basis. Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services.
3. The client agrees to provide JKDesigns with all necessary access, materials, and information required for the successful execution of the POS System services. (This includes access to relevant accounts, branding assets, and timely communication regarding updates.)
4. All intellectual property developed or used in the provision of POS System, including but not limited to creative assets, marketing strategies, and reports, shall remain the property of JKDesigns unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, customer data, and performance metrics.

The Company / Proprietor requests jkdesigns.lk, to terminate POS System services to its clients with subjected to following conditions:

1. Either party may terminate the POS System with written notice if the other party breaches terms. JKDesigns reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or if the client’s conduct is deemed harmful to JKDesigns’ reputation.
2. JKDesigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of POS System. The total liability of JKDesigns under any circumstances shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the services rendered.
