• 11 Characters per Sender ID (including spaces)
• 160 characters per Transactional SMS (English letters)
• 125 characters per Promotional SMS (English letters)
• 70 characters per Unicode SMS (Sinhala & Tamil letters)
• Sender ID approval time: 1 to 3 working days
• Sender ID will be automatically deactivated, unless it uses for 3 months
• Payment Mode: Upfront payment
• This packages will be expired after 12 months

The registering Company / Proprietor requests jkdesigns.lk, to terminate SMS to its customers with subjected to following conditions:

1. Be liable for any complaint received from their customers due to receipt of SMS.
2. Be responsible form messages sent via sms.jkdesigns.lk to other network.
3. Guarantee that specific approval has been obtained from the customer to receive notification SMSs.
4. Be fully liable for any customer complaints related to them and will be forwarded the same to their customer care centre (email address / hotline) which is shared with jkdesigns.lk.
