Website Maintenance

jkdesigns.lk standard client terms for the use of website maintenance service is detailed below,

1. The client agrees to pay all the website maintenance services offered with client acknowledgement.
2. Payment must be upfront, on a retainer basis. Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services.
3. The client agrees to provide JKDesigns with all necessary access, materials, and information required for the successful execution of the website maintenance services. (This includes access to relevant accounts, branding assets, and timely communication regarding campaign goals and updates.)
4. All intellectual property developed or used in the provision of website maintenance services, including but not limited to creative assets, features, and configurations/ settings, shall remain with JKDesigns unless otherwise required payment paid.
5. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared and features developed/ configurations during the website maintenance process. This includes but is not limited to credentials, other data, assets and configurations/settings.

The Company / Proprietor requests jkdesigns.lk, to terminate website maintenance to its clients with subjected to following conditions:

1. Either party may terminate the website maintenance with written notice if the other party breaches terms. JKDesigns reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or if the client’s conduct is deemed harmful to JKDesigns’ reputation.
2. JKDesigns will provide regular performance reports detailing the results of the website maintenance..
3. JKDesigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising after the provision of website maintenance.
4. The total liability of JKDesigns under any circumstances shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the services rendered.
